SCOPE FIRST. QUOTE IN WRITING.

Scope of Services and Written Quotation

A single, broadly stated price is not a substitute for defining the project scope. First clarify the business, level of preparation, responsibilities and deliverables; then prepare a written quotation and service agreement based on actual needs.

UNDERSTAND THE COST STRUCTURE

Four categories of funds and fees, explained separately

Capital is not a consulting fee, and government and third-party charges are not our service fees. Project budgets must be confirmed item by item; we do not publish a standard quotation on this website.

01

Capital and funding preparation

To be verified against the relevant licence and business model. Consider the nature of the funds, how they are held and any restrictions on their use; these funds are not fees payable to the consultant.

02

Government and regulatory charges

Subject to the latest fee schedules and official requirements of the relevant authorities. Applicability and payment arrangements must be verified separately.

03

Third-party professional and operating expenses

Where applicable, legal, audit, secretarial, address, insurance or other support services will be set out separately, including their scope, service provider and party responsible for the fees.

04

Professional service fees

A written quotation will be provided based on the scope of engagement, document preparation, project complexity and coordination requirements, specifying inclusions, exclusions and payment arrangements.
